TEA Nails in Dublin, CA

I'm the kind of woman that always has to have nails done. I've been this way for over 10 years. Throughout this time I've tried various different salons across Alameda and Contra Costa county. Some have great service, but lack expertise. Some have great expertise, but lack great service. It's really difficult to find the perfect balance of the best of both worlds in a nail salon in the Bay Area. TeaNails, has the perfect balance!! When you arrive, they promptly greet you and offer you something to drink, tea or water. (I have not seen many nail salons do this--what a way to make your customers feel special!) There is also a self service kiosk at the entrance to "check-in". Checking in gives the customer an opportunity to collect rewards points. (I've also never seen any other salon do this.) Let's be real--getting your nails done in 2024 is expensive, but having this option is definitely a great way to get redeem yourself from the cost of your next visit!! Tracy and her team at TeaNails always go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your nails. As a people pleaser myself, it's difficult to tell someone giving me a service that I need something changed or different. Working with Tracy makes it all so easy. She asks all the right questions in order to make sure your vision comes to life and checks with you again about the shape before starting your color polish. Personally, this is such an important step for me and makes for a much more relaxing experience as far as trust goes! Tracy is an experienced professional nail technician and is the most pleasant person to work with. She's my go-to nail lady for life. TeaNails and Tracy have my trust and customer loyalty. I highly recommend Tracy and her team at TeaNails!!!

I've been coming to Tracy and her team at Tea Nails since they opened in 2015, and they have only improved over the years. I no longer live in Dublin, but will drive 30+ minutes to continue to get my nails here every month. Tracy and her team are on top of nails trends, deliver consistent quality and are always so friendly and accommodating. These women are like an extended family to me--and I cannot recommend them more! They introduced me to dip powder, and I have turned back. But Tracy does a great job of keeping herself updated on new techniques and products.

I got a dip powder mani done on Sunday 2/11, today is Thursday 2/15 and it's already lifting.. I asked for brown French tips and the lines from the tips are all uneven and my index finger and pinky has thicker polish than the other nails. I've spoken up a few times about it being uneven and the lady seemed to get frustrated and didn't say anything the rest of the time she finished my nails... poor service from Thu. Mind you, I paid $80 for this manicure. Not coming back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because I also received a gel pedicure. The lady named Ha did an amazing job and spent a lot of time massaging my feet & legs as well and kept asking if I was doing okay.

Tried to charge me 5bucks a nail removal for acrylic but I had only 2 nails left and they weren't even fully on they said they don't drill them but rip them off I can't remember the price but I do remember she changed it x2 for what I wanted. I shouldn't have to negotiate a price there should be a menu or specific pricing like everywhere else. Go to petals and polish down the street prices stay the same and I love April she's great!

Definitely would agree with Jacleen below. I requested an appointment and choose to get a regular pedicure. It took less than 20 minutes. Little cleaning under nails, barely touched cuticles, trimming minimal, soak, lotion, massage almost nothing. He hardly used any undercoat, polish was minimal, and top coat barely even touched the surface. Even at $32 dollars I expect better. (I could have done this at home) I mentioned these things in my way at and said I wouldn't be tipping.
