Staff kept letting other people go ahead when It was supposed to be my son's turn. I said something but they still allowed families with multiple kids to jump the line. Very annoying not returning again and will be sure to not recommend this place

Courtney trimmed my daughter's hair. She's very friendly, asked her what she wanted and gave some suggestions, she did a great job. Hope she's there next time we return. Decent pricing ($20 kids, $22 adults), it's fast, no shampoos or frills and you are in and out. Easy online check in process. Wait time for a Friday afternoon was maybe 30 mins? They were very busy but all the staff seemed to know what they're doing (thankfully!)

Bad haircut. I asked for a scissor cut and 1 inch. They lady clearly made a mistake and had to go shorter in order to even it out. Total waste of time and money. If you want a bad haircut with even worse customer service skills this is the place for you. DO yourself a favor and avoid this spot. I would provide a name although that would not be cool. I will say if someone wearing surgical gloves want to cut your hair run, better yet just stay away.

First time we've come here. No waiting. Seated my grandson almost immediately. The lady was extremely friendly and nice towards my grandson. He felt very much at ease. She was very quick and we were out of there in no time! Great price for his haircut. Would definitely return.

Worst haircut ever. I don't know the name of the lady who gave me a haircut but to recognize her she looks more than 60 and she does have light hair.I asked her for the bangs along with layers. She cut my hair uneven when I look back and she bluntly cut my bangs without having any angle and she cuts my really short than what I asked for.Please don't ever go this lady.
