The owner Tina and the worker's are some greedy a** b******!!! I asked for regular nail polish I don't know how many times and the lady that did my nails put gel. I have my reasoning for wanting regular polish and she still has to nerve to do the opposite and charge me for it or she would take it off! Greedy a** people! Never going again!!!

My family members have had bad experiences as well and still gave them another chance and another and they screw something up or say they can't do this or charge for that.

I called to make an appt and was told to come in at 10:40 so I show up and wait. then I get seated in a chair and she asked me what I was wanting I explained I just needed a fill. then she tells me she doesn't have time that she over booked so she asked me to come back at 11:30 i told her I'd be back i was gonna run and grab a coffee from down the street as I leave and waiting for coffee I got a message asking me not to come back until 3:30/4 pm. at first all my visits were great took her time made sure I loved what I was paying for. however the last time I had gone in when they opened and soon as someone else showed up I was rushed out to the point my nails were not even finished and I complained how steps were missed so today was supposed to be a make up appt why even say yes if you don't have time so your not waiting everyone else time

I had a mani pedi and am very happy! Very friendly and she does not take forever to get things done! I plan on returning often.

Uneven trapezoid shaped, poorly painted mess:

I had such high hopes, been wanting to come here for soo long. So i branched out from our very large group that goes to kona maiaki nails to give the new place a try, since it was a different owner than the other few bad ones in town (that are all affiliated, heard she branched out on her own and was happy to hear this)
I was disappointed. My nails are all crooked. One is so sharp I can open an Amazon box. My foot person spent nearly 20 min rubbing my calf, my left foot didn't get rubbed all but maybe 2 min (approx guesstimate on time) out of the nearly 20 she spent rubbing my calves, she whacked it maybe 4 times but not an actual rub, atleast not in comparison to the right foot. The people next to me got their feet ACTUALLY rubbed, why couldn't i?. She did callus removed the heels, but didn't remove the callus from side of big toes. The paint job is so bad that there is GEL nail polish on my skin and spots on my nails that had no polish, and my nails are cut so crooked they look like trapezoids
So much for getting a pedicure for my birthday. I tried to work with either the owner, or whomever was texting me, but they accused me of things, got super hostile, picked apart everything that I said down to the min, blasted my phone with a bunch of video of the employee rubbing my foot (for the short time I already complained about) to try and prove her point. And accused me of telling a bunch of people to write a bad review. When people are entitled to form their own option based on the conversation they heard from her call to me and her hostile texts, let's just sprinkle in the quality of work, too.

I teach how to customer service, and this is a great example of how you don't. Maybe take one of my classes, and you might end up with better reviews

I'll give a one star, bc at least my right foot had a good rub and bc I have to give something. Is zero an option?

Terrible service not up to standards, place was busy and all they care about it getting to the next customer vs paying attention to the customer whole is already in the chair. didn't provide all services listed for the pedi chosen, rushed through and it looked like a child painted my nails, when expressing my frustration and disappointment of the service I was repeatedly told by an employee or owner that they don't care. I called back the next day hoping to speak with someone who cared enough to make it right and I was told repeatedly over the phone that they don't care. $60 wasted. Do not give this place business they are all about they money and and not quality service. staff is rude and don't treat you like a paying customer you are made to seem like you are an inconvenience
