I was surprised at how nice the experience was. I had misgivings based on the reviews I read, but my experience was a good one. I had a pedicure done and the technician was friendly and did a good job. I brought my teenager for a cat eye gel set and it looks beautiful! The salon was clean and there were a lot of clients so things have turned around. The prices were fair and no more expensive than other places I've been to. Overall it was a nice experience. My only complaint is that when I went to pay, I was snapped at a bit because I wanted to use my credit card and not cash. There is a $2 fee to use a card so beware of that. This is despite there clearly being a sign letting people know that they accept all major credit cards so I don't know what the big deal was. Anyway, I would recommend this salon.
The were rude and left me waiting while they left to drop off their kid. Then when it was time to pay, they overcharged me and said that the prices on their sheets are old prices.
Tina and Matt are some of the nicest people I've ever met, and most hard working. They get to know their customers and are always so sweet!
Horrible, horrible, horrible! They will
constantly change your appt on you only 30 mins to your appt time. They over book people so every appt. you're having to wait past your original appt. time. I got an infection in my big toes both times I got a pedicure there and the lady is absolutely rude! The place is also very dirty!
If I could put a 0 star review I would. My fiancé and her sister got there nails done a week ago. They turned out pretty rough. After trying to call to get a fill the guy on the other end would not let them schedule a appointment. A few days go buy. My fiancé gets ahold of them and makes a appointment, not realizing at the moment that she did not mention 2 people. She called back to re evaluate there plan and he blew up on her yelling at her to the point that she had to hang up. They have 0 customer service in there not to mention such poor English that you can't ask them anything. There lucky they are one out of 3 places in our little town otherwise they would be ran into the dirt.
