I used to love going there but this last time he did a fast job and a bad job in just a week my nails started falling off.
I had a pedicure yesterday. I have gone here for pedicures before and although it is a little more expensive, the service was good. The prior manicurist set a timer so the customer received the total minutes they paid for. There were 2 manicurist that I had never seen before. I ordered a $50 pedicure that was supposed to last 50 minutes which was laughable. Would have lasted 50 minutes if they counted the time I walked in the door to the time I left (I did time it myself). The gentleman doing the pedicure seemed disinterested looking at the celling and preforming the service in a hurried manner. He acted more interested in being done so he could chat with his associate. The polish job was horrible and after he checked for dryness said it was OK to put my shoes on. Got home and the polish was smeared, gone completely on the tops of my toes. Very disappointed will not go back.
