T Nails in Chester, MD

I have been going here for years and I have had nothing but great service every single time. These ladies work their butts off all day to try and get each customer in and out quickly. It is best to have an appointment so you guarantee that you will be taken care of that day.

be prepared to wait and wait even if you have an appointment. I had an 11 o'clock appointment and at 1130 i finally get asked if i am there for a pedicure and i said yes i have an appointment. All employees were still busy and when one was finished i thought i was next but the proceeded to do nails and pedicures leaving me just sitting. I walked out and will NEVER RETURN. My is worth something to me but apparently not to them.

Such a horrible experience! I went to get a full set with gel polish. Tina did it so fast that she missed a lot of spots. I pointed out her errors and she said she will just file it. Well, that didn't fix anything. The gel was applied so thick and the acrylic wasn't filled properly so you can easily see the bumps. The sides weren't filed as well. Everything was a disaster and I paid $50. Stay away from this place Update: I went the next day to get it fixed. She was willing to fix it. I ended up paying $15 more to get the color changed. She didn't even bother to completely remove the previous day's polish. I really wanted to like the place but she did a very bad job. On the plus side, she was very friendly

Normally very nice however I asked for almond tips and I received rounded oval and they were cut very short. Very Distracted. I went back in after going to my car as I realized the gel polish on the tips was uneven and you could see through the polish. I even addressed the fact at how short they were and that they weren't almond and the comment was ignored. I would not have paid the additional cost for gel. The pedicures are not worth it as they don't scrub your feet and rush through it. I would have painted them myself had I known. Even with an appointment they rushed through the nails and I won't visit again. This is my first yelp review due to how dissatisfied I was even after calling to ask for them to be fixed I was pushed off mainly due to me already paying for them. I hope no one goes so they don't have the same result. Warn your friends!!

First time going here, and the LAST time. My daughter and I went in to get pedicures. We went back to the chairs. A guy sat down to give me my pedicure. Ok so he started off by cutting my nails. During that he cut my toe to where it was bleeding and he had to put medicine on it several times to get it too stop. So he continues my pedicure. He does NOT take off the Old clear polish that was on my toes from 4 months ago. He scrubs 1/4 of the middle of my foot. He left my big toes and heels and sides of my feet with calluses and cracked feet. Then he painted over the old polish. I went to pay for my daughters and complain about how bad of a job he did. The woman got oil out to put on my feet. Um no your not going to cover it up with oil. She apologized for the horrible service. I told her I should not have to pay for this. I will pay and tip for my daughters, no problem. She told me I did have to pay for mine and she would fix it. Um no I don't have time to sit there again to get another one. Still she demanded I pay for mine. So I told her I will not be coming back and this was the worse pedicure I've ever gotten in my life. So I had to pay for a pedicure I didn't even get. Now I have to go to another place and pay them. DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They are only worried about the $$$$..... NOT THE SERVICE THEIR CUTOMERS RECIEVE...
