We have delightful chats and I appreciate her input on selecting colors and finishes. She is always spot-on and can tell me what I would like without me saying a word!! highly recommend her! Also, you can't beat the girls at the front desk for friendliness and quick check-in & check-out.
I always have a positive experience at Swan Cove. I have been going there for several years. The folks are pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. I look forward to my monthly appointments. Kristen is a top-notch stylist and a precision hair cutter. She listens to your expectations, and she gives great advice.
I was cut 3 times and left bleeding after a derma plain facial. The first time she cut me i flinched and said - did you just cut me? And she said - you're not bleeding - and kept going and cut me two more times until I said I'm done. I had blood running down my face when I went to the bathroom. So horrible.
Kristen is the ultimate professional. No one and I mean no one knows color like she does and she proves that in a very professional and lovely manner! Kudos! Plus she has got to be the queen of blowouts! Don't question her, I learned my lesson! She's the boss & I'm so grateful for her!
If I could give zero stars I would. It appears they are starting injectables (Botox). I got there a little early and was greeted nicely by the front desk staff. I was a little early, but no one offer me water or coffee. For a SPA, it is NOT a SPA. My skin care provider for Botox was rude, did not introduce herself and had an attitude. Very unprofessional, and she carried the injectables around in box. The room was not sterile. When cleaning my face, she was rough. She talked down to me and over me. And said "oh honey you need to go someone else" when I asked about filers or botox for my lower face. WELL, GUESS WHAT I WILL GO ELSEWHERE FOR ANYTHING!!
