McDonald's on mid rivers in St. Peter's someone there is using my credit card thru door dash today was my last order from them it's always something at that place the manager is like no one here has done that lol she's a ding dong ok lil lady but I'm done they used it twice I'm going to get them by pressing charges be careful out here no ones safe with cards
I went in for a simple acrylic removal. The man started by clipping the nails down (i specifically told him to keep my natural nail length underneath) and began clipping my natural nail. i pulled my hands away and said again, i want my natural nail left alone. he shook his head in understanding. Then started using a tool to go between the acrylic and my nail attempting to pry the acrylic off, ripping up my natural nail and severely damaging them. i again, pulled my hands back and told him he is damaging my nails and to soak them in acetone to remove the acrylic. he huffed and puffed in attitude and told me it would take over an hour to do it that way. i have gotten acrylic nails removed many times, i know the steps and proper procedures. i told him i didn't care how long it took, keeping my natural nails healthy was important to me. he gave me a bowl of acetone and walked away, leaving me for twenty minutes to just sit there. he came back twice to check on me and remove the loose acrylic. by the time the acrylic was all removed he came over and buffed my natural nails down to the point where i can bend them. he ruined mt natural nails completely. they are extremely weak and all sorts of f*cked up. DO NOT GO HERE.
Very disappointed. If I could give them a zero I would !!!!!!!!! Very very rude and not friendly AT ALL. WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!! There's plenty of nail salons on that area! Please go anywhere else but here. Bad customer service not nice at all. Zero respect. There's a mail tech that has tattoos all over do not go to them. Mean. Wouldn't fix my two nails and literally told me to go back where I came from. Total insult. Went down the street instead. They took me in a matter of seconds. In and out! Peace of cake. But not this place.
