Got a pedicure the other day. Chose the regular like usual. Appears you only get one coat of polish with the regular these days. Won't be going back.
Helen is a magic worker! I recently moved from Seattle to the area and I couldn't have happened upon a better nail tech. Every nail is perfect and she gives great suggestions on nail shape and design if that's your thing. Their pedis are great as well. Highly recommend...and I'm super picky about my nails.
I came in to get a full set, I wanted white tips and I got them. However the nail tech kept asking me if the nail shape was ok?? It wasn't ok she kept filing down to the point where my pinky nail doesn't look coffin shaped it it looked more filed on one side then the other... I left and didn't say anything bc I didn't want to make a big deal out of it but now I feel like I should have had her fix it. I paid $65 for this and I feel like I got robbed.. I will never come here again let alone suggest anyone to come here.. I should have let my little sister do my nails instead... what a shame. Let's not mention I have a wedding to go to and my nails look like sh*t. Never again. Also they were charging an additional $5 on top of any service bc they stated supplies are expensive? That's not our problem.
I downloaded this app just to write this review. Do not be fooled like me! They raise prices an astronomical amount to go from regular polish to shellac and do not disclose that when they pressure you to do so. While getting the manicure they pushed me to do shellac on my toes without fair warning it's a $20 DOLLAR INCREASE!!! I spent $94 for a manicure and pedicure and will not got be going back. Kim, Helen and julie are fun to talk to but I felt fooled when I left.
Worst pedicure ever!!! I could literally do better by myself. She had me put my foot in cold water and was irritated when I told her it was uncomfortable. Her response was "just put your feet in, we don't have hot water. It ran out.". Wtf?!? Then she cut my toe nails and painted. No cuticle clean up, no clear top coat, no massage. It was terrible. Upon closer examination, she didn't even apply the paint only on my toes. It was all around the skin, too. She was too lazy to grab a q-tip and even clean that. I literally think places like that should close immediately. They do not care about their customers. Go to the place near BECU. It's only five minutes down the street.
