Idk why you all are collectively lying on these reviews but this place is garbage. My girl came back from an appointment with them and she was highly disappointed. She said she asked them if they could fix them and the lady does "oh it's nothing I can do." So I guess my girl gave them one more chance and they ruined her again. Shes not confrontational so she walked out and took it as an L but I'm not gonna keep letting them bullshit other customers either. GARBAGE. 0/10 wouldn't recommend. I could probably do a better job than them. I would add a picture but I don't think I have my girl's consent.
This is the closest eyebrow place I could find as I was driving so I decided to give it a chance despite it having 4 stars. My eyebrows look great! They're even. One usually grows thicker above so they always have to take out more on that one. It's crazy how other places can't get it right.
Not sure what happened to the lady that used to do my brows and I would give her a 4 star I think she was the sister of the owner if she still worked there.
In regards to these new ladies that took over her spot they are no good. I always like to give ppl a couple of chances because I get bad days. I've given both a fair shot. Making brows skinnier does not equal better. Not sure if they both understand this concept but my brows do not require much. Additionally, they need to do a better job listening to what the customer wants. Too many customers let them get away with it like oh I don't wanna make a big deal it's just my brows but they need to be doing their job correctly and listening to the customers. I've been going to this place for years. Lastly, their rewards program is inconsistent I don't know when they are or aren't doing it.

I love this spot I've been coming here for years. I had a favorite lady and then she left. I kept going to my current lady Hiwot. After letting her do my eyebrows for several years she has to go out of town. I end up in the hair shop on chambers & 48th and find my old lady again. I come to find out they are all sisters! Hiwot is still the best! Her work is consistent. Her positive attitude and smile makes me keep coming back.
