There's a long story to go with this but it was a domino affect. One poor experience lead to another which lead to me asking them to take everything off and leaving. The skill required to do a basic buff/shiny pedi and shellac mani were not there. It wasn't until I started to complain the actual supplies that should be used for those services were provided. (Acetone, buffer and buff cream) What made it worse when I informed the manager. She didn't seem to care that my experience at her "spa" was poor. I've never winced so much from a mani in my life.
LOVE this nail spa I've been to A LOT of different nail spas and T&T is one of my absolute favorites! I had Sandy on pedicure and An for a full set. They both were AMAZING. Sandy took her time and I was so relaxed. That's something I look forward to when I go to get my nails done. An made my nails look gorgeous too, I don't trust a lot of nail techs but she is now one of them! They're even, smoothed out and look so beautiful. Definitely coming back

Would NOT recommend this place. My nails are not the same length nor shape I wanted. My nails have a ridged feeling to them, they're not smooth. One of my nails is crooked. I was afraid to ask her to fix it because when asked the nail tech to do another coat on my nails because it was thin and she had an attitude. Also, only one coat of polish on my toes. I will not be coming back, the reason I chose to come here was because of the good reviews. If I could give this place negative stars I would. UPDATE: I called back to complain and they told me to come back and they would fix it. I just asked for them to take my nails off and get a manicure instead, which they did. But it wasn't really what I wanted to begin with.
