Of all the places I have visited since I moved to West Monroe this place is the best'! It was a very pleasant atmosphere & Lulu did a great job on my pedicure. The massage chair was wonderful! I will be back when it's time for my next pedicure!
This was my first time visiting here, and I received a pedicure and dip nails. The pedicure was wonderful and literally had me in tears, it felt that good. I was then sat with Brittany for dip nails, and she did a phenomenal job! My nails came out clean, even, and so beautiful. I'll be a repeat customer!
Starting off, I'm not a frequent complainer, this experience was just a letdown. I was taken aback at the $100 charge for these nails. I've had much "fancier" nails for less. The most disappointing part of the pricing was that there was no upfront pricing discussion, and there wasn't even a breakdown at checkout until asked. It has only been 5 days, and one has already popped off. I'm gentle with my nails and given the price, I expected at least a two-week lifespan.
