They didn't do my cuticles right and a crap of a job the guy was good not the 2 girls

I got my nails done on Friday. A manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was awful. I went back and showed them how bad it looked. The told me to comeback on Saturday and they will fix it. I went back on Saturday and they fixed it. The mail polish started to peel off the day after!!! I usually go to DC nails and this has never happened.

This is a great nail salon to go to for pedicures. The basic pedicure is $26 and deluxe was $36 and soo worth it. I had one of the best massages I've ever had with a pedicure before. I had Tony do my pedicure, but all the nail technicians seem awesome. Inside is your typical nail salon. Not super fancy, but feels clean and well maintained.  100% recommend!

Tech showed me different pictures on his phone, my nails looked absolutely nothing like the picture I chose when he finished. My total was $80 nails did not last 2wks. Very disappointing

I was sorely disappointed with the services and the attitude.  My nails are naturally long and healthy but suddenly 4-5 broke and I needed to get tips and a gel polish to match my left hand.  I came in and I was seated with a nail tech that spoke only to her colleague; no conversation or English with me; when I told her my nail beds were sensitive she complained to her colleague who told her to manually file my nails.  The tech was rough and very unprofessional, then used the electric filer anyway causing burning and pain sensation.  When I told her it hurt she quit filing all together and glue tips on.  No prep no cleaning no nothing?! She misjudged my nail beds and my tips look horrible!  My dominant had has tips a quarter size too wide and all are cut at different sizes.  She used scissors to cut the tips to a length she desired.  Never asking me what my preferences were.  She put two coats of polish and dipped my nails into the powder tree at a time.  No forming no cleaning up after wards.  Then I was told "go wash hands". A clear coat was used and this made the terrible job even worse! It's clear they're thinning out their products because their clear polish is filled with bubbles that are clearly visible with the naked eye.  I would have asked them to remove the nails but the tech was so rough and filed so hard I was afraid she was going to file through my nail bed.....
I'm in more pain now than before and am so disappointed with the experience all together.  I was quiet and discreet when asked if I liked them. I simply gave a no answer.  I realize people need to work, but If this is not what they want to do they should find a job where they would at least enjoy their day.  Long faces, terrible ambiance, the bathroom was very smelly like poop and techs that rant and complain in their own language; while neglecting the feelings of their clients as they're so rough, complaining about who knows what?  One may ask how did I know they're complaining! Simple, their attitude and energy exudes through them like a vicious fire; when I asked that she be a bit softer the face became even more rigid.... I walked in happy go lucky and hopeful to get some help on my hand as my nails were in such terrible shape.  I almost allowed them to steal my joy and become as miserable as they are! Luckily I walked out grateful that I wasn't bleeding profusely but my nail beds feel very bruised!  Not happy but paid for her time and gave her a $2 tip.  My tips for getting my nails polished with gel polish is minimum $15; but my nail tech at home lifts my spirits and cares about how my hands look!  This place is just a mill for quick jobs with no consideration of the client or their expectations.  Worst vacation pampering ever! Even if all my nails broke off at this very moment, I'd rather walk around with manly looking hands than to succumb myself to the brutality of this venue...sadly
