Suzy is an amazing hair stylist. I loved getting my hair cut from her. She was so perky and bubbly. I would definitely go back to her. Cant wait to get my hair colored from Suzy.
Suzy is fun and quirky and loves what she does. The best stylists really love what they do. Two or three of us schedule together and just hang out as she makes the rounds.
I called and set up an appointment and when I arrived she was with another client. I don't mind waiting, but she didn't acknowledge that I was already over 20 mins of my appointment time. Instead she seemed bothered that I was even there. When I asked her about it she told me, "don't you see Im busy?" And came up with the excuse that she tried to set me up another time. Which was totally false ( I would rather come in a little later than wait). She proceeded to ask me what I wanted to do and when I told her I was going to leave it looked like it was going to take a while she said, "good." A simple apology would of been suffice, but instead I recieved rudeness for her mistake. Bottom line. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe her taking a customer service class would be a good idea because hers is so bad, that it's bizarre.
