Suzi's Skin Care Studio in Cedar Knolls, NJ

Just found out Suzi's is permanently closed after calling to make an appointment. I had a gift card given to me on mother's day. Now that they are closed how do I get a refund? It was valued at over $200.

Do not go here for you're hair or nail. I think this is a nice salon but they are not good at doing hair or nails. I went in to get a quick blow out (I have curly hair) and the lady doing my hair didn't fully dry my hair all the way and left it have curly. I was upset because I had to pay for this service and the lady couldn't even do a simple blowout. Waste of money going here unless it's for the spa.

I've been trying to book an appointment with Suzy's for a facial and massage but the phone number is constantly "busy" and the website is not working. I have tried at random times over a 2 week period but it's impossible to get in contact with them. If the business is closed, they should update that online.

When I moved to NJ, this place initially seemed like a godsend. I had a great experience so I decided to make it my go-to for haircuts and blowouts. A couple weeks ago, I came in for a standard blowout. They paired me with someone new (who I don't want to mention by name). Immediately I could tell her technique was lacking. The stylist also kept making unnecessary comments about my hair. By the end of the blowout I was extremely disappointed - it wasn't salon quality, it was frizzy and still curly at the top, not sleek at all like I expected. I could have done the same thing by myself at home. Unhappy with the result, I quietly told the front desk I wasn't happy with the service. Their solution? Tell the same hairdresser and have her do it again with a straightener... the whole experience was so incredibly uncomfortable and disappointing, and to top it off I had to pay over $50 for it. I went into the salon looking for a relaxing experience and instead had literally the worst salon experience I've ever had. It's a shame because I really liked this place and my usual hairdresser, but now I don't feel comfortable ever coming back... Leaving it at 2 stars because they do have other good stylists. Just beware - not everyone who works there is up to the same standards. Wasn't really happy with how they handled my complaint either. Time to find somewhere new.

How long did it take you to respond? My card was swiped twice by Suzi'... It was verified by the bank.. Lastly, I have never ever had this type of problem with my bank. I called and left 3 messages. No phone calls were returned. Soooo please..... Thank you for your late response...
