I have been here at least four times for a Brazilian Blowout. The first time was amazing. Second time, good. Third time, didn't last as long. Fourth and last time...had my hair done, looked nice and smooth. Waited a couple of days to shampoo and condition (with appropriate shampoo and conditioner as before), my hair frizzed up like I never had the process done. So disappointed. What a waste of time and $500+ including Brazilian Blowout application, blowout, and tip. Would not recommend!

I just came from Suzanne's. It was my first time at this salon. I was looking for a deva cut specialist to cut my curly, thick, long hair. Mercedes did an awesome job!! She gave me exactly what I asked for regarding length, shape and overall style. Because of the new covid guidelines, they had me sign a waiver when I first went in. They also checked my temperature. They gave me a personal bag of clips to bring back with me each time I go... no more sharing. The salon was clean and I felt very comfortable and safe. I'm happy and believe I found my new salon and stylist. Thank you Mercedes!!
I was really excited I was able to make an appointment here post-quarantine! Mercedes gave me a great haircut and much needed root touch-up and definitely knows how to work with curly hair. The new location is clean and completely sanitized and the staff is friendly and accommodating. This was my first time going here but I already booked another appointment. If you have curly hair I'd definitely recommend Suzanne's!
Very disappointed in customer service. Bought a groupon and booked an appointment for 4:00. Got a phone call at 3:55 stating that "the girl that does the groupons just got called out" and they are canceling my appointment. No thought to honor the appointment. When I stated that this was terrible customer service the lady on the phone did not seek to care. Would never rebook with them.,, I made arrangements to leave work early for this appointment..
