My family and I have been going to Susy's years. Myiuko has been great! She gives us the exact haircuts we've asked for. The salon is always clean, plenty of parking, the staff is friendly and they cater to a variety of clients. It's professional, pleasant and not overly priced.

Susy is on vacation! I am new in town and learned the hard way. I called several times and got no answer. Couldn't leave a message -- phone message system full! Finally a rude girl who sounded Russian made me an appointment but wouldn't say who would cut my hair. I was in the wrong lane in Friday rush hour traffic. When I got back from Sacramento I called the shop, made new appointment for Saturday noon. I got there early. No welcome. I was tolerated. At last -- I got Sagradia(?) for my non-cut! I had beautiful fresh red color, clean and ready for a layered CURLY cut -- but long enough to put up in a band -- and please taper the bangs like these pictures -- but CURLY please!!! She repeated "layers" and obviously understood nothing else. She fooled with trimming tiny bits in the back, left my bangs way down my nose, left all the length, then offered to dry it. When I nodded -- KA-CHING!!! -- ooh, that meant ten dollars on top of the twenty-five for the non-cut! WHY ON EARTH WOULD EVEN A STUPID OLD GRINGA PAY MONEY FOR A HAIRCUT AND LEAVE HAPPY WITH SO LITTLE DONE??? And on a hundred-degree day? I was not spoken to. There was no compassion, no sympathy. The other woman and her clients spoke Spanish, which I largely understood -- but not to me. It was a foreign country! Oh, yeah, she fashioned over her fingers some big curls in the back. They had a little laugh about the prom queen look. I was in a situation of "the guy got the pants too short so hem them some more and they will still be too short." I felt there was a big un-holy joke on me! And when the cat's away, the mice will play! Or bring in God knows who to pretend they know the beauty business! THIS WAS NO HAIR CUT! . . . I was stationed in Spain and used to love hearing the language. . . but all this happened in my country, the United States of America! Go anywhere else unless you're already a regular.
