Checked in online. Was told there was one person ahead of me. 10 minutes later I walk in and there are 5 ahead of me. I wait for nearly an hour and then I'm told that the other people, who did not check in, will be getting their haircut before me.
What's the point of requesting online/phone check in if you don't honor it?
I tried this location as my regular Supercuts was booked and I needed a cut and brow waxing. The stylist was friendly and asked my preferences, but also gave guidance and suggestions which I appreciated. I think her name is Taneisha.
We had an appointment, and the hair stylist was working alone with someone in the chair for 15-20 after we arrived.
They had a picture on the wall that I pointed to when she asked me what we wanted for my son's haircut. The next thing I know, she takes the clippers out and starts to give him a buzz cut. I did say something immediately, and she assured me we would love it anyhow.
It looks nothing like the picture in the wall, but exactly like the cut the man ahead of us ended up with.
Luckily it grows fast, but why would I want him to have a buzz cut when the weather is turning colder? Oh, because it's easier to moisturize the scalp she told me.
It's Supercuts, so I wasn't expecting a miracle, but please don't ask people how they want their hair if you only know how to cut it one way. Needless to say, we won't be returning.
I made an appt for 3:30 but got there at 3, it was empty so I lucked out. The girl was super friendly and a good conversationalist... even thanked me for the conversation after;
