Hi-- I have wavy/curly, collarbone length hair. We're from out of state, but needed the cut. Reviews online recommended Arena, so I booked a same day appt with her (wash/condition/cut/style).
She is Wonderful! She is super friendly & has a great personable vibe. She gave a great shampoo, listened to me about me hair & what I wanted, & made suggestions. Arena coaxed out the cult nature of my hair & did Not upswell or pressure me for more services. She even said it was better to Skip the blow dry/diffuser as it could make my hair frizzy! Then she worked the curls by twisting locks of hair & showing me how to do the same. I only wish she wasn't 450miles from home.

I would like to take the opportunity to thank Becca...the hairdresser who was so gracious and patient from the time I walked into her Salon until I walked out with the most precise haircut I've had in fifteen years ~ ever since my hairdresser I'd gone to for years retired ~ I have long hair and about 7 months ago I left a hair salon with my hair chopped up pretty badly and I was almost positive that it couldn't get evened up with a slight undercut and although I was frustrated and definitely curt ~ Becca LISTENED to my frustration ~ she kindly asked me to sit in her chair ~ she said it would be her pleasure to fix my hair ~ that she understood exactly what I asked her to do ~ and WOW!!! Thanks again Becca ~ it's just perfect and I'm so appreciative ~ Sharman
I have now been to this Supercuts twice and both times I got an excellent haircut that I just love! I had a different stylist each time and both did an amazing job. They cost a little more than some of the other namebrand salons in the area but they are well worth it. The salon is very clean and the stylists are very friendly and take their time to understand what you want. The pricing board says it's extra for a shampoo but I wasn't charged extra either time.
Had my hair trimmed yesterday with Sadie. She did a lovely job, was professional and a pleasure to talk with. This is a new Supercuts in a great retail location. Very clean, and l thought their prices were reasonable, especially since you can choose how much or little service you want. Appointments are recommended, unless you don't mind waiting. They get busy and take their time with each client.
Easy online check in. Very professional and they weren't done till customer us happy.
