I recently went to this Supercuts location for a haircut and the customer service was terrible. After my haircut had finished, I realized that I had forgotten my wallet at my house 5 minutes away. I explained this to the hairdresser, and even offered to have her hold onto my phone as collateral so I couldn't just run away without paying, but they refused to let me leave the building. In order to pay for my haircut and allow me to leave, they forced me to get down on all fours and eat the hair off of the shop floor. Not just my hair, but the hair of other clients as well. In retrospect, I probably could've just called the police for being held against my will, but in the moment I was so flustered that I did eat the hair. They finally allowed me to leave afterwards, but they will not be getting any more business from me in the future. The haircut was pretty good though.

Came in today for a trim. Yes. A simple trim on my hair that I've been growing out for awhile. One of your incompetent employees basically chopped all my hair off. I'm not happy with it at all. I acted nice and left after. But honestly next time when someone says they want a trim you should listen. I told her to even out my hair. Take a little off the sides and back. She chopped like all of it off. I've been growing it out forever. It doesn't look anything like I want it to look. I'll never be coming back to your unprofessional establishment. She seemed like she was in a rush too when cutting my hair. Wasn't even looking when she was cutting either. Awful experience.

Ok haircut I guess. Place is always packed, so even with an appointment you have to wait to get taken care of. Definitely not my first choice, but really the only option in Rome on short notice. Wasn't thrilled with my son's haircut, even after showing a pic of what it's supposed to look like, so I didn't let them do the girls hair. Too much chance of a screw-up. His grows back fast or I can buzz it to get rid of any disasters. Won't be back.

I come here to get haircuts only so I can't comment on other services. Staff has always been friendly to me. Mary is my preferred stylist. I bring in a picture and she discusses with me what will work for my hair. I rarely have to wait too long. Never had a bad experience here. It's convenient.
