when i went in it immediately smelled of weed, definitely not from customers, the other customers that were there when i got there had left and it still smelled very strong. the lady that took me was very very rude even before she started working on my hair. when i tried to explain what i was looking for, she wasn't listening and just made guesses that was not right and now i have a hairstyle i don't like. i recommend never going there.
As soon as you walk in you a yelled at. Told this it down or come to the counter. The lady that yells is always there so you can never avoid her. She rude mean and very assertive. Don't recommend this place don't come here!!
I've been going to the Supercuts location for many many years I always come on a Sunday I always come around 4:15 or 4:30 since it is less congested I got to my location 4:21 p.m today they told me we're closing at 5 I says I can't get a haircut there's no one here there's two girls just talking and on their phones nope we don't take customers after 4:30 new owners policy I said well you should state that then I will never go here again
I have always had a great haircut every time I have been there. Every one has always been friendly and they always ask me what I am looking for in a haircut and I've never been disappointed. Really love this salon!!
Went for a cut today and made the mistake of arriving 2 minutes before they opened. The lights were on and the sign lit up and rather than wave and tell me to wait a minute both employees got pissed off looks on their faces and went to hide out back. It was raining so i went back to my car and by that time 2 other people were standing at the door to get inside. No problem, after seeing how both employees acted i don't want them touching my hair anyway. So rude. Won't ever go here again.
