Supercuts in Park Ridge, NJ

I went in with 3 pictures went out with totally different look. I new after the first 3 snips I was screwed!! Yevette, the worst. Chewed my ear off as she was cutting my hair. I look at my hair now and want to cry. They are very very lucky hair grows back because they would have a lawsuit against them. THE WORST PLACE EVER!!!

I have been a longtime customer of Supercuts, frequenting quite a few locations in my general area. For years, this location in particular has always been real big hit or miss. I usually go out of my way not to come to this location due to previous past experiences, and I normally choose to drive a little further of a distance to the New City, NY location . However, I found myself needing a haircut the Sunday right before the Thanksgiving break, and since my usual location is closed on Sundays, I choose to come to the Park Ridge store. This was quite possibly the worst decision I could have ever made that day! From the second I sat down, I was treated like a Army recruit getting their head shaved for basic training! The person who cut my hair showed ZERO interest in even performing the haircut, asked 2 (maybe 3) questions about the "styling" in which I wanted my hair, and proceeded to pretty much give me the biggest "idgaf" haircut EVER!! The "stylist" used clippers for 98.8% of the haircut, and used the scissors for literally 2.5 seconds!! The entire haircut lasted 6 minutes & 45 seconds! Quite Honestly the fact that this person is labeled a "stylist" is a joke and people like this should not be working in establishments like these. I am sure there have been (and still are) some great stylists at this location. However, this experience solidified the exact reason why I have avoided this location for as long as I have. As much as the inconvenience of traveling to location that is further away pains me sometimes, I will continue to use the New City, NY location, and I will keep getting the great Supercut experience I have come to expect over the years. I most likely would never step foot into this specific location again after this experience. Totally unprofessional and definitely subpar service.

Its hard to work with my hair. I'm now a Returning Customer after several year gap from other locations in the area. Skyee is magic. Skyee made me look and feel like a million dollars with no qualms or trouble. She can do a better job with her eyes closed than anyone I've known.

I wish I could give this barber a zero star. I booked an appt on line. My husband brought our child there. A woman (I have no name because they didn't give us a name but she was wearing a mask). She cut my son's hair in a rush. Cut his neck. Hit him in the eye with a towel. No apologies. Just told my husband as an FYI. She also charged $20 instead of the website stated price of $15.50. When I called to discuss the mischarge and injury to my son I was met with rudeness. They refused to tell me the name of the stylist. Only that I could give my # to the manager Ivette. And then rudely hung up on me. If the manager cares to resolve this I would gladly revise my review. But I will never be going back there based on the terrible service.
