Scheduled an appointment for my son at this location, arrived early for the appointment. Was not greeted upon arrival but Allison (stylist) rudely asked, "do you have an appointment or what?". I stated yes he had an appointment at 2:15. She then stated "well your going to have to wait because I have to wash this lady and then do a cut and it is only 10 til 2:00". I said okay she then said again "it's only 10 til 2:00". I stated "yep, it is 1:50". She the proceeded to take her client to shampoo her and then started talking about my son and myself. Stating I don't know why they are here, I don't know why they are waiting it's only 10 til. I stated you know we can hear you right? We waited about 10 minutes and then left and went to Sportsclips. Where we were greeted and treated kindly. I will NEVER go back to this Supercuts.
Just walked in for a haircut and was told the wait would be 10-15 minutes. No one was waiting, so I said no problem. The two women working were shampooing clients with short hair. It wouldn't be long. 10 minutes later a man came in for a haircut. They said it wouldn't be long. They finished with their clients. One of the stylists disappeared and the other callled the man back. Forget it. Horrible customer service! 30 minutes of my time wasted. I will never step foot in a Supercuts again...
Horrible. Waited over 40 minutes for a child's haircut and the employees couldn't be bothered to work him in between colors. The manager (I assume) FINALLY grabbed an employee and told him to stop folding towels and cut my son's hair. He's two and was nervous and this guy did nothing to calm him and seemed very irritated the whole time. The manger did come try and calm him down so I was appreciative of that. Then they had the nerve to charge $14 for this less than 5 minute job that was sloppy at best. Will never be back.
Went in for a cut and color. Amazing! Color is perfect for my skin color and age. I can't tell you how many stylists make my hair brassy looking! This time my hair looks natural. Jessica, my stylist, listened to my descriptions of bad color experiences and I left with a wonderful experience! My hair cut was just as I wanted. I will be back!
Heidi is awesome stylist. Normally cutting and styling my hair is not easy as they are curly. Heidi deals with it so wonderfully.
