I understand this is one of those iffy establishments from the start but I asked a girl to give me a low fade and to not touch the top and she gave me a high and tight. She cut off about 4 of the 6 inches I had and brought my sides up way to high. I cannot remember the girls name but almost all the employees are trying ti get you in and out within 15 minutes and then ask for $25 dollars. Save your hair and find a real barber; I know it can be scary at first but trust me it is not worth getting messed up.
Absolutely awful this time. The lady who cut my hair was horrible. I've had my hair cut by both black and white stylist. But young lady with reddish hair was to eager to cut. Not listen or paying attention to what I asked for. I continuously asked her if that wasn't to much hair she cutting for the style I want. I look like a military guy by the head. The style that I asked for and showed her a picture several times is simple. She is awful, my hair cut nothing like the picture. You would have to blind or just not know what you are doing to make such a mess. My coworker n I go to supercuts and this is 1st time this lady has cut my hair. I won't mention her name But she has the red hair...I WILL NEVER EVER ALLOW HER TO CUT MY HAIR. I'm so angry and upset..I've got to get a wig until my hair doesn't look like a two year old cut it.Please do better or stop cutting hair, I would have appreciated her it she would have said I can't cut that style.
I came twice to the park location and both times nobody sprayed their clippers. Not just the women that cut my hair, but nobody sprayed their clippers. I watched other stylist while I was waiting and nobody sprayed their clippers. Both times I came nobody sprayed their clippers and both times I got bumps on my neckline. Dirty clippers. They're too busy trying to get the wait down instead of doing what they're supposed to do. The manager is the worst she just walks around looking at herself in the mirror. I've been to few other supercuts and the ones I been to the managers cut hair and Manage the shop not at the park location. They need a new manager
Got my hair cut after not having one for a while from quay and she did such a great job my girlfriend loves rubbing my head now my hair was a disaster before I got it cut she was also new so go quay quay!
Wait is pathetic. Lazy stylists that intentionally take as much time as they can to cut one head of hair to avoid more work. I usually get Larry... and like Larry, but today I saw this dude take 45 minutes to cut a fade .... On a guys head with hardly any hair. So dumb. You people need to start tipping barbers so they will quit working the minimum for their broke wage.
