I came into the salon today at 1pm, and was told there was a 20 minute wait. ONE HOUR later, I was told to sit in a chair. Originally, I was quoted 15 dollars for my hair to be braided (two Dutch French braids). Come to find out, they were going to charge me 15 dollars PER braid, regardless of what they had originally told me.
Other Supercut locations do not charge 30 dollars for two braids. They would not budge regardless of what I was told, so I left. I will not be returning.
Typically take my kids there and they do ok with simple cuts I should probably be doing myself. Went a couple months ago for myself and Ebony cut my hair and it was very uneven and a bad cut.
