Horrible service. We went in for a walk in and told there were three people in front and we would be the fourth in line. Then they allowed those in front bring in more people. They should of places those people on the end of the list
Yesterday I was overdue for a haircut so I went on Yelp to find a place and there weren't a lot of options. I try to find places that are unique and aren't chains but that's all I could find. So I gave this location a shot and went in the early afternoon. I was instantly greeted by a stylist that dropped what they were doing to put my name on the list. I waited for about 10 mins for them to finish with their customer and then it was my turn. She did a great job and took direction well. She was quite the conversationalist which I enjoyed being a part of. I definitely would come back because I like my haircut. :)
This location is the BEST! I've had a few stylists here do various things for my hair and have never had a bad experience! Such a fun group!
I'm a man with shorter hair, so my haircut is not complicated but I know the lengths involved and I can still artfully point with my finger and say, "I want a cut with a two-guard and finger-length on top"...you know, that's about the depth of my knowledge. I have been "mowed" and "scalped" by a different national hair-styling chain that has an office here in town (I will leave them unnamed; I am sure that offering CLIPS out of their reputation would not be a GREAT thing for me to do) and I can't afford to walk around town with a bad haircut (my mom did her best to give me good looks but let's face it: If you've ever seen MY face you know that I need all the help that I can get from a good haircut!) so I decided to give this Supercuts location on 8600 Andermatt Drive a try. The staff was friendly and courteous and my stylist "Michelle" gave me a top-notch haircut and actually LISTENED to what I wanted before she started cutting, and then I offered running feedback as we went through the first haircut and she did a GREAT job...she avoided the pitfalls of They-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named and I looked perfectly proper and business-like for the entire three weeks until my next haircut. I am a return customer and find that I get a good haircut for a reasonable price. I do recommend giving them a try.
Came in for a quick eyebrow wax and luckily there was a sale. The stylist took her time and did a fantastic job!
