Supercuts in Hernando, MS

so first of all this was my second visit in a year bc the first time I told the lady long layers must touch my shoulder.  Not only did my haircut not touch my shoulders it barely covered my ears      they start in the back so you can't see what they are doing and they never ask you is this okay       so this was the second time i visited them almost a year later with no haircuts in between so it would grow out enough.     i again distinctly told the hairstylist it must be this long and held my hand 3 inches below the top of my shoulder, well below my clavicle.    not only did she not check the length before whacking it off but it was again above my shoulders.    i will never go back to this store again bc the minute they see gray hair they think its gotta be short.    Learn to listen to your customers!!!!!

Second time at this place, and I will not recommend it.
I just went for a haircut with very specific instructions and the lady with the pink peach hair white eyes was the stylist, I explained what I needed done to my hair and she seemed to understand, she likes short talk I guess to keep you distracted from you looking at your hair, she asked me if the haircut was about starting to look how I wanted and I said yes and then she told me I was ready ????  
It was just starting to look somewhat decent!!
She didn't  even clean my neck or blow the hair from the cut out of my face and of course she didn't fix it and on top of that she wanted a tip???

What kind of place is this one letting the customers go unsatisfied???

It was just a haircut can you imagine if she would done other stuff???

Pam was so nice and did a great job. I'm really happy that I decided to come here and got lucky and got her.

The place seems to be pretty busy which is good. I had made an appointment and just went with it, and I didn't have a wait or anything.

I've grown up in Hernando... If you're looking for a good wash and cut for under  $20, This is your place! I've been going there for years! What I have realized... is you have good and bad stylist at probably every place you go so you have to learn who is good and pray they don't leave haha. They're limited on their services, For instance, I don't think they do hair coloring or they don't curl fix hair. Honestly I'm not sure what all they do but I know there's some things they don't do for instance when my daughters needed their hair fixed for a beauty pageant or something like that they didn't do that but for me I color my own hair so I don't need anything but just a cut and I'm very particular! When Rachel and Teresa haven't been there, and I was desperate I used someone else and they actually did really well so definitely give them a try if you're not willing to spend $100 every time you go to the salon.
