If I could give no stars I would. My son just had his haircut with Heather what a mistake that was. Not at all what he had ask for he had clippers used all over his head with long pieces missed on the top. The neckline is unnaturally higher that where it should normally be. He asked for hair on top to be long enough to style, it is not! This will take all summer to grow out. Called and ask for a refund I was offered to fix the problem ( he has not hair left to fix) I guess she could cut the pieces she left out. OMG what a awful haircut!!! Beware of this place. Waiting for the leadership of Supercuts to call. Waiting.......
I just had probably the WORST experience at this location.
The lady (Heather) took me back quickly, which was a good start. When asked what I wanted to do, I told her I wanted a crew cut, but i also want a shampoo before.
She completely ignored i wanted a shampoo, and when she was cutting my hair, she was very rough and moved my head and neck around without telling me she was doing so and didnt even ask me to move my head.
Also she didnt ask me if i wanted it squared or round in the back, trimmed my hairline back more, didnt offer a hot towel, and lied about the price (said $23.95, which is a supercut 1 price, but was $26.95)
If you come to this location, id suggest going online and making an account and picking a different stylist. That or go to another location.
The stylists at this Supercuts location are great. Chris is my suggested guy but, Sergio and the rest of the gang can take care of you too! Make sure to make an appointment because it is not easy to just "walk in" as they are usually very busy.
Heidi is really great. I called today to make an appointment and they told me she is no longer there. Does anyone one what salon she moved to? She cuts my son's hair and he has autism. She is very patient and she established a great rapport with him. I didn't want to start all over again with another hairstylist. I really appreciated how she worked with his anxiety.
I've went to a few Super Cuts in the past but I think I have found my favorite one so far. The facility is clean and the staff is always welcoming. My husband, my two sons, and myself see Chris! He's super throughly with his cuts and takes his time.
Yesterday I couldn't get in with him so I had to see Kira and she did just as great. Really recommend coming here if you're looking for a good hair stylist at a reasonable price! Thanks again guys, see you soon!
