Beautify Salon and Spa Henderson in Henderson, NV

I've tried several salons and was not happy until I found Beautify.  They are the best!

The receptionist verbally told me the price of the service and that the promotion would be applied to the service. They gave me the wrong information and then when I tried to tell them that, they refused to even give me a partial refund or for me to come back in on the SAME DAY to take off the gel polish. They refuse to make good on anything or even negotiate a good outcome for both parties. Apparently me asking for a reply back or a refund is harassment when they stopped responding to me. Management here DOES NOT CARE about clients or retaining clients. That's why it's so empty in this salon.

@@@ as per the officer said the so called owner has issues and it's obvious he just doesn't know the reasons and he also said I don't have to pay and can walk out but I have morals unlike what u tried to describe if anyone was harassed it's wasnt ur workers !
He recommended I blast you and your managers on social media which I did and will continue to do ,, and with bbb which Ofcrs your business is """not even credited """enough to pass their code  but I'm still filing all official claims  
Also officer told her I can just walk away and not pay and she can spend thousands  suing over few dollars that from the first second I agreed to pay to the girls as tips not to ur business and lairs of managers
The issue was never to pay or not pay  

Since I have prove I canaceld my appointment mail and record voice mail , same day I said if u r able to fit it 12:30-5 like I was promised I'll do it  I show up 11-5:30 and not even close to being done when I say we can't do it u still wanna charge !! No ombré nothing we promised no time line yet u r paying a late fee !!!! The least for all the inconvenience is wave the fee and get paid but your manager chose to remove the tips coz u don't care about ur workers .

I'm surprised till now no one even apologized and keep arguing we booked the service so pay for it even if it wasn't delivered ! Sry ur technician didn't know how so u agreed to do what she can , u even never complained not to hurt her !

Anyway your buisness is messed up and I'm glad I know why now and don't you think I would get step foot in ur place me or my friends that were ur customers coz they all know what happened !
There are things in this world called morals and principals things your workers and hostile atmosphere at ur place don't know of

Those r the things that made me pay and my bank already refunded me my money so I'm not worried about that .
Good luck trying to survive with such attitudes I run awhole floor of sales and never had one complain in 7 years  truly let's start the count down on your business !

Tried this place out for the first time last night. I gave the colorist the previous formula which was used on my hair and she claimed to know how to match it. While my hair seemed OK at the salon (lighting isn't very bright in there), when I got home not only were my roots much lighter but she also missed a lot of my grays. I had set up another appointment for a cut and color while there which required a deposit. I called to let them know I will not be going back and they will not refund my deposit. Why would I trust them to bleach my hair when they couldn't even color my roots the right way. The receptionist just kept repeating that there is a note on the customer form that says no refunds. Horrible customer service. This is robbery!!!

Beautify Salon and Spa is so wonderful! They treat the staff with the utmost kindness and respect! It's a beautiful salon as well with so much services! I always get my hair done by Mckayla ! She is the greatest! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone in Vegas or whose traveling here!
