Prejudice! Worst location I've been. No wonder they have terrible reviews. I'm usually impressed w/ Supercuts, my family's been going to the brand for decades!

Anyway, I was a walk in today. Felt treated different as a disabled person. Sharika was the only stylist available today. First told me she was too busy for a simple cut. Then she told me she could fit me in about 30 min. Took my number. Insisted I would have to come back. I couldn't wait in the lobby. As I was leaving she wouldn't help me w/ the door. Almost smashed the glass w/ my powerchair. I ran some errands at the nearby store. Came back to my place. it's been over 3 hours & I still haven't received a call back. You be the judge!

Melissa was great very knowledgeable and great at her job She knows hair very well suggested I don't do as many long layers because i would be upset thinking it was shorter So a huge thsnk u Melissa my hair actually means alot to me the length especially
I'll be back again I will set up a appointment w u in a few months

Normally I love this place, but not today. Melissa was working and I told her how I wanted my hair cut, same cut for the last 10 years. I request a number 5 on my back and blended. She starts out with a number 2. I told her , no I said 5 and she insisted I said 2. Finally she stated she heard 2. Ok, honest mistakes I can understand. She CONTINUES with the 2, saying she heard 2. I again said 5. She said she already started with2... ok so blend it to minimize damage. She ended up doing a fair job so ok. But never once was an I am sorry or anything of the like. I will continue to use this Super Cuts because it is convenient but if Melissa is there, nope I will wait for another day

Went to Supercuts today and got a haircut, which turned out fine. Left the cutter and $10 tip and didn't hear a word of thanks. You can probably guess that I won't be going back to this location. I felt like the cutter was ungrateful for the generous tip, or maybe I'm expecting too much. Anyway... I'm done with this location.
