Makayla did my haircut today and this is the first step I'm going a little shorter next time. The staff is friendly and recommended Makayla when I asked for a stylist who does short haircuts.
I have occasionally been having my hair done at the salon. I liked the girl that did my hair, she moved away and later I found another stylist who I really liked. The Salon decided to adopt a new computer system in Feb 2023. This new system will only allow customers to make appointments if they give out their credit card for the Salon to have on File. Totally uncomfortable with giving out my card for someone to keep on file. I was told I could do a walk in appointment and pay cash. I was lucky enough to manage an appointment, got ready and was on my way to my walk in appointment. I then received a phone call telling me NO, you must still provide your credit card number. I like my stylist at this Salon, however, the Salon will never take a person in that does not give up a credit card number. They are denying service to people who may not have a credit card at all, or others like myself who prefer not to give out my number and pay cash. This is bad business, and why, because of a new and crazy policy. I don't know how they can get away with not offering service to cash patrons, it is not acceptable in this day and age to Deny Service.
Destiny is the best esthetician that I have had! I have gone to her for waxing, as well as for facials. She has helped me choose products that have made a huge difference for me and has really transformed my skin by getting rid of the milia all over my face. She is extremely skilled, and makes sure that you feel comfortable!
Such a beautiful and wonderful salon. The people are so friendly. Breanna Stubbs is an incredible stylist who does magic with color, whether it's something classy for an adult woman ur more edgy for someone older.
