I absolutely love my haircut. The stylist cut it exactly how I wanted it. I have been given many complaints!
Its pretty bad when all someone has to say is something bad; but wow! I really do mean this in the most constructive way: The haircut I got a few days ago is "The worst haircut I ever had in my whole life". Honest. OMG! I would not go back in that shop for any reason ever. They could give me free haircuts for the whole year and I and I wouldn't go back. I would rathe be kicked in the crotch by an elephant than ever go back in there.
Very unprofessional and ignore the service I originally booked I told her when I get there and before she start the service and yet she still done different service I keep telling her eyebrow threading and she still did what she wanted which is waxing, I have a very sensitive skin that's why I specifically wanted threading, when I close my eyes I felt the hot temperature of the wax and I it leaves me speechless coz she already applied it, I'm already mad and she still continued and didn't even say sorry after seeing my skin peeled off and looking like burnt, she puts aloe Vera and that's about it no after care instruction or even to apologized to what happen, at the moment I cant find a word to say I was shocked and when I get to my work I just saw my skin close to my eyebrows looking so red peeled and burnt, and all people saw me asking what happen I cried so much because I have an event to attend to but now I can't go anymore since I can't hide it with make up! I'm sooooooo upset mad and hurt!!!!!! To that lady that did my eyebrows you never have to work in a place that you have to follow what's your client want if your going to do whatever you like you don't deserve to work there!!!to the owner please hire professional and knowledgeable person!!!
Visiting from out of town so this was the first time I came to this shop. Esme was recommended and is talented with her shears. No nonsense, got me trimmed up perfectly. Good communicator. Will return.
