Pretty good. I stopped going to another place and tried here. I've been satisfied with the styling. Only negative thing was they say no soliciting but someone's daughter was there selling girl scout cookies.

Wonderful experience. I had Julia. I needed my hair completely fixed after a bad box dye. Julia not only took her time and did it right, she explained every step. Very knowledgeable and such a kind and warm person. I would recommend going to Julia for anything! I am so grateful!

I showed the stylist a photo of what my grandson wanted.,a long men's cutthe bangs being longer than his brow. She cut it so short his entire forehead shows. Then said well it will grow out fast. School starts in 2 weeks NO WAY will it grow out in time to be presentable. I am embarrassed for him to start school with that short mop she created. NO STARS AND NO MORE MONEY TIME OR ENERGY WASTED THERE. mind you this kid has been putting off getting a haircut because be he knew they'd make things worse but finally agreed and he chose supercuts. BIG MISTAKE U SHOULDNT HAVE EVEN PAID FOR. NEVET AGAIN AND I WILL TELL A FRIEND WHO WILL TELL A FRIEND AND SO ON

So... if you are anything like me and it takes forever to find the haircut you are in love with. Take multiple screenshots. Ask friends for advice. Finally get up the courage to go and get your hair that you have been growing for a long time cut off. You are actually excited for a new improved look. And you go to a place you have gone before. Feel safe there. And they completely BUTCHER your hair. To have the person cutting it say "I got you girl." Over and over. And after the first few minutes you known its already too late. She has cut it however she wanted. CHOPPED all your hair off- and you can't glue it back on. And continues to cut it shorter and shorter. When you say, wait it's supposed to be longer in the front. And she says well to do that I have to cut it shorter. What in the honest fuck? To pay for a service and have it look nothing like you wanted. NOT EVEN CLOSE! To go to your car and cry. To feel like you want to shave your head because you hate it that much. To feel violated from a haircut. And message the manager of the salon to have them say "I appreciate you letting me know", but not doing anything about it. If I'm a cook and I don't make your food right, I make it right somehow. As a restaurant manager they would comp your meal or something. The cook would get reprimanded. There is no do over with hair. It has to grow back. I paid for a service that was not rendered. And this person destroyed my hair. I AM FURIOUS!!!. Sick to my stomach. ANGRY. And honestly feel violated. To have someone blatantly disregard what you want and destroy something you have to live with day in and day out makes me sick. My hair as most of you know is a part of my signature look. Whether black, blue, Green, purple. It's mine. It's a major part of my self esteem and a major part of my self worth. To say to this person. I DON'T want a Bob. I DON'T want it shorter than my collar. And I don't want a "KAREN" haircut and... it's just below my ears. Shorter Bob. NO layers NO longer in front. NONE of it. And she just kept saying " I got you girl. ". NO BITCH YOU DON'T! I don't ever feel like I will get it cut again. I will literally wear a Bun for the rest of my life IF it grows back. Or hats for the entire summer. The back was to my bra strap almost and the front/sides when curly was below my shoulders. When straightened was even longer. Oh and did I mention she shaved the back of my neck all uneven too? What a joke. I'm so angry. I would actually recommend people to go there. NEVER AGAIN! The blatant disregard for0 someone that is paying you for a service and doing whatever you want is not ok. Now I get to hate my hair for the next year or however long it takes to grow back. I literally do not want to leave my house because I am embarrassed by this fucked up haircut. And I can't go somewhere else to get it "fixed" because it would just end up even shorter. SIDENOTE... IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO DO A CUT OR KNOW YOU AREN'T GOOD AT IT DO NOT ATTEMPT. IF YOU THINK IT'S NOT ABLE TO BE DONE SAY SOMETHING. ANYTHING AT ALL. BUT DO NOT CUT IT THE WAY YOU WANT TO.
