Supercuts in Discovery Bay, CA

Their website doesn't work to set up appointments so you have to call in. When I tried to call in and make an appointment for someone, the person who answered the phone said they were busy and didn't know when they would have an opening.  This place needs to be managed better and should have the ability to book appointments online.

Another day by not being put into the system. I called around 10-10:30am for an appointment at 11:30am. I have to check my phone again... possible 11:00 am at the latest. I set my alarms and proceeded to the location. I got inside and almost sat down. Another lady asked about my time and I said for 11:30am. They told me that I wasn't even close to being inside the system. They said you must wait until 12:30 before Nora takes you. This isn't the first time the lady with the accent never put me in. She's the same one that picked up last week and yesterday. This is nothing against Nora. Nora is my top choice in my hair cuts. But, why would I wake up from my actual sleep just to go to a location to be rejected?????? This is the closest location to me and Nora is the only one I wait for( nothing against Nora) this is against the other one with the accent. How do I know it was the other one, because when you pick up the phone you'll be able to tell if someone speaks differently. Last time they did this, they took me in right away but this time they said we have never heard of you. I have to drive to work. Again this is nothing towards Nora. Nora does an amazing job, so amazing that I wait like a loyal dog. You guys need to step up the communication, maybe even call people back or put a quick note down before you forget to put a name on the board. I usually have an understanding but today was not the day. I have a schedule that you guys messed up yet I'm getting nothing back in return. When the other lady said hello this is super cuts how can I help you. I said is Nora working today.... The other lady said yes! So I said perfect I would like and appointment at 11:30 for ..... she said some random name like Toby or something and I said no ..... I'm adding dots because my name doesn't exist. She said okay perfect, I said thanks bye. Set my timer up for 11:15am but didn't leave until 11:20-11:25. Drove to the location and here we are. 12:15 , 12:16 now and maybe they'll take me in. Let's see

I arrived at the location at 4:43 pm. The sign says they close at 5. They had just finished cutting people's hair. They had no customers at 4:45. They said they we're not taking anyone else.  They took off the open sign and turned off the other open sign, then the lights. I believe that is false advertisement.

Marc was amazing!!!  Very quick, gave me exactly what I wanted:).  No hassle and very easy to talk to.

Website said they closed at 6. Sign said closed and it was 5:30pm. But, door was unlocked and dark inside. Called out 3 times for someone, but no answer! If I owned this franchised I'd fire whomever was hiding out. If they'd left, they left the door unlocked for thieves!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
