I went here for a simple haircut and got this. I am saddened because there are a couple of ladies who do a great job but even me who could care less about a haircut knew this was not right. She didn't even say anything she let me walk out looking like this. Save your money.
This place is terrible!! The manager Kyle cut my hair. A simple crew cut. The cut was terrible. Poorly blended on the sides. Uneven on the top. I had to finish trimming some spots when I got home. On top of that he wreaked of cigarette smoke and bad breathe. Plus his nose was runny and he kept wiping his nose with his hand and continued to cut. As I politely asked him to stop coughing on me. Simply disgusting!! He is supposedly the manger so there was nobody else to complain to. I will never step foot in there again.
Have been getting my hair cut here for 8 years or more. Excellent service, and Kyle keeps things running smoothly.
This is a great place to come in a get a fast, quality haircut. The service is great and the haircuts are great.
I have taken my daughter here twice now and was disappointed both times. The first time the lady that cut her hair was rude and extremely rough. She shouldn't be cutting children's hair if she doesn't like to. Today when I tried again thinking I would have a better experience. We had a new lady that did a simple kids cut plus an easy French braid charged me $34 before tip. That's unheard of in a chain hair place. Fancy hair stylist typically charge $25 at a boutique hair salon. Supercuts is a joke and ripped me off. If you have a child go to Pigtails and Crewcuts and get a better hairstyle, braid included for $19.95.
