American Beauty Nails and Hair in Colorado Springs, CO

Just got my eyebrows waxed but I've got to say they had great customer service and did a great job! Can't express enough how friendly and welcoming they are!

I visited AB Nails for the 1st time in Dec. before the holidays for a dip mani and regular pedi. My decision to go there was based on having a coupon, but I will definitely be going back. I was met for my appointment by a sweet gentleman who was very accommodating. They had a good selection of dip colors and took me as soon as I had chosen my colors, even helping me to decide between two nail color options. The appointment was fairly lengthy, but my nails looked great afterward and both the man and the woman who did my mani/pedi were very kind and meticulous, making sure the length and shape was exactly what I wanted. I have to say though, the biggest surprise was how long my mani/pedi lasted! It was by far the longest I had ever experienced with a gel or dip mani EVER! And when I say it lasted, I mean there wasn't a  chip, a nick, or even that annoying loosening/releasing of the artificial nail from the bottom (you ladies know, the one that rips your hairs out every time you try to brush away a stray hair, or catches on your clothing). I mean, aside from the unavoidable re-growth at the bottom, my nails were essentially perfect for more than a full month! Even then, they stayed decent until finally loosening and falling off cleanly. Incredible! Definitely give this salon a try!

This was my first time here and the staff was very friendly and polite. The tech did a great job on my pedicure was very careful and thorough! Will be back again

This was an awful experience. As the only client there you'd think I would have been pampered.. It was rushed with both husband and wife hurriedly doing my mani and pedi at the same time.. I felt bamboozled with their 'upgrade' and she used a dremmel on my cuticals. I feel it's a front for money laundering as neither knew what they were doing. The end result was of poor quality and she spotted cash in my wallet and suggested I pay with cash. Rude

This was my first visit at American Beauty and I plan to visit lots more! I was VERY impressed by the customer service snd attention to detail for my feet & toes. Chuck was wonderful and so friendly
I highly recommend this business and plan to return for my next pedicure!
