When I went here to get my hair cut, everyone in the store at the time was extremely friendly, and both of the women who have cut my hair have been very detail focused and asked lots of questions to assure I was getting the style I wanted. Only complaint is that the store is often not open on Sundays and Mondays, Which is completely reasonable but just a little inconvenient :3 I definitely recommend being very specific about what you want, because they will do everything they can to get your hair down to exactly how you want it.
I see that somebody else has written a review addressing the exact same problem I had. That makes this even worse as evidently, this is a recurring issue at this location. I went on-line Sunday, October 17, 2021 to check in online to get haircuts for my children. It stated that there was a 10min wait and I checked in and it stated that I was scheduled for 2:30pm. We went there and the gate was closed with a sign stating laying on the desk that I almost didn't even see, stating that they were at lunch for the next hour. The sign (piece of paper) was haphazardly tossed on the desk not posted on the gate. I was not even sure if it was meant to be some kind of notification or not. We did not wait as I had no idea if anybody was coming back. I noticed the gate closed a couple weeks prior when I was shopping at Walmart around 1:00 in the middle of the week. I thought the place maybe went out of business. I found out they had not. I don't know what is going on with this location, but it seems there is new management, well this new management is clearly not doing there job. Where is Rachael? You need to reevaluate and make some changes! This place was a booming business. I often took my boys hers for cuts and there was always lots of business. NEVER have I seen the gate closed and now it's happened twice just that I have seen in the last month.
