I made an appointment and paid a babysitter so I could get my hair colored/ highlighted and cut. I sat and waited 40 min while she made appointments over mine. Then when I sat down she said "I don't have time for this. I have to get my kids. Try scheduling another day." Uh what?! Then I asked her for the managers number and she said "go ahead and call her hahaha". I have came here several times and never had an issue. I changed my prior 5 stars to 1.

Can't cut hair at all everyone there is to young or can't use any proper cutters I asked something different than what they gave me but I told her it was okay so I can just leave and for them not to mess it up even more horrible I DONT RECOMMEND EVER

I have gotten my hair cut at this business several times through the last few years.   The first couple of times I was mostly satisfied and had the same stylist.  However, after that seems like every time I go in there is a totally different staff.  I've been very much disappointed in the service EVERY time I've made the mistake of getting my haircut here just because they are conveniently close.  Today it was completely empty of customers but fully staffed with 5 employees.  All more interested in socializing with each other than anything else. The haircut itself was horrid.   Dull clippers snagging and pulling my hair.  Wasn't sure why the stylist bothered asking me how I wanted my haircut at the beginning because shortly after she began, in the middle, and after she finished it was pretty clear she hadn't heard a word of what I wanted.  Not to mention the absence of important parts of the service like the tissue around the neck.  Who's "ready to go" with hair all down their back?   Or with hair crooked from one side to other, sticking up and uneven on top, and trimmed nicely around one ear and really badly around the other. The conversation between the staff was mostly of previous customers (presumably dissatisfied as well) and very disrespectful.  Couldn't help but notice that all the stylist had very nice hair styles.  Should have asked WHO did THEIR hair.  Looked as if it was someone who took pride and was satisfied in their work, cared about their job and the reputation of their place of employment, and whom didn't work there or was sadly absent today.

Very unprofessionally staffed establishment with little to no oversight of a responsible, mature adult.

I went in last Friday for a cut. Jessica was the stylist that attended to me. Almost everything was exactly what I wanted, but that she cut a "shelf" into the left side of my hair that frames my face. When I pointed it out, Jessica stated that she "doesn't like to slide cut and will go back in with the razor".  I said ok and let her continue with the cut. But, then Jessica did the same thing with the right side of the hair. She did go back in and use the razor, but it did not make it any better. I asked her to please go in with the shears and slide cut, which Jessica did, and it made the right side a little better. But still needed to be fixed more. At this point, Jessica asked if it would be ok to see if Heidi (the manager) could help out. Which my I agreed to. Instead of just using Jessica's station, she had me move over and all of the hair from the cape fell onto my legs.
The first thing Heidi did was soak my hair and started the cut again. I pointed out that all I wanted was the framing to be fixed. Heidi stated that she was going to start at the beginning and use it as a learning tool. I was already so upset that my hair looked the way it did that I asked Heidi to just to  fix it so I could leave. Heidi very passively said she could do that and then barely cut anything when I told her what was wrong with it and what I could see needed to be done to fix it. At this point, I just said I wanted to leave because I was about to start crying and have a panic attack.

I do want it pointed out that Jessica was very nice and did do what I asked to try and fix it, but was not able to do so because she had already made too deep of a cut. But once Heidi got involved, I felt as though my voice was not being heard. It is my hair and I knows how it lays and works and should have been listened to when I voiced my concern.
Even as visibly and vocally upset as I was, Heidi still tried to charge me for the cut. I had to state that I was walking out of there with a cut that made me so unhappy that I was in tears, why would I pay for that. That is when Heidi said she would not charge. I did leave a tip for Jessica because she did do a good job and did try to do everything she could to fix it.
When I got home, I was able to do exactly what I had asked Heidi to do and make it look a little bit better myself. I felt very much like Heidi just bulldozed over her and would not listen to her concern with open ears.
Even with fixing it a little bit myself, I still had to go somewhere else and pay to have it fixed the next day.

I went to this Supercuts this morning at 9:00 since that was when they open.  I left at 9:15 because no one had come in to open up. What a poor way to run a business.  The person who should have been there to open up should be fired.  I will not be going back.  They showed a total disregard for their clients.
