I went there for your haircut and My dad asked how much a trim was for my beard and they said $12 so he said no thank you so they decided to trim it off completely anyway saying that's what he wanted even though he never mentioned that once.
Went to go get a touch up on my mullet told the lady I want a half inch off then starts cuttin my hair ended up to be like 3 inches and have no mullet I'm so fuckin pissed that probably y they work at Supercuts but still try give a decent hair cut down bitch with long brown hair u can start a new career u suck and only took like 3-5 mins to chop my fuckin hair off I'm beyond pissed should've just said I can't do a mullet and just moved on with life but nope had to just start grabbing hair and snipping a way just because a half a inch she said is like nothing and I said Ino so she went 3-4 inches off that or she was jealous I had a real long hair and not Extensions

That doesn't make up for crappy service and a feeling of being rushed.
My experience was poor, and I'm left thankful that my hair will grow back in a month.

Supercuts is always a 50/50 chance. You either get a hairstylist that is very lively, and just the right amount of talkative. Or you get one that makes you feel guilty for wanting a haircut. 90% of the time I get the haircut I want. There was a time that I was asking for a shorter hair cut. The women cutting it kept saying "you have curly hair so it will look shorter when it dries." I know my hair and I knew I wanted it shorter. I ended up having to go back and spend twice the amount of money for just a couple extra inches. This time, during corona, they were very cleanly and safe. Everyone working at the time seemed to enjoy being there.
This was such a great experience for my kids! They enjoyed Nora's styling and it's the best hair cut they have had yet! We checked in online, when we arrived 10 min early they took us in without any delay! The pricing was worth it. The storefront was clean in the waiting area, they were well organized, and Nora was just simply amazing with my kids!! She also took the time to listen to what they wanted, and even checked in with me to be sure it was okay! Here's to a great first day of school for them with a trendy new style! Thanks Nora!!
