Supercuts in Alexandria, KY

I bring my children here when I cannot get them into the barber and they do a decent job, better than great clips. However, they spend too much time walking around or fixing their hair between clients. There is usually 5-10 people waiting and they are in no hurry to clean up their station in a timely manner and move to the next. They really need to move along faster between clients.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. They ruined my hair, now I have to wear a hat for the next two weeks. Service was awful, and the lady didn't listen to what a wanted

I've went here multiple times and it's gone alright but today... no, just no. First of all I showed them a picture of what I want, like always and right away they took a shaver to my hair and I knew it wasn't going to go good. My best friend has had problems here and now goes to an expensive salon to get their hair done. I should have done the same. It is WAAAAAY to short! And I have a choir concert coming up!! My hairdresser was so quiet and shy again, I knew something was going to go wrong. Honestly I'm just embarrassed of my hair now, just never again, I'll look pay the extra money.

Every time I show them a picture of longer hair on top and shorter hair in the bottom.  And they chop my hair that has finally grown out on the top so I have short hair again that's butchered.  Every.single.time!!!!   I finally got it cut on the bottom how I wanted for the most part finally and well now it's short on top again and butchered.  So much for a "little texture" and trim.  It's hacked and this is the last time I'm going there.  I have been trying to get my hair how I want it for a year and a half.  Then I keep having to go back and pay for cuts every two weeks because no one can simply cut my hair correctly.  I'm done with it.  Never again cuz I will blindly hack the crap out of my hair.  A blind monkey could do better.  I am trying so hard to grow some of my hair out and I'm over this.  I'm so angry because I have repeatedly given them so many chances and have had to waste tons of money going back there every week or two to look somewhat decent

My stylist was Brittany and she did a fantastic job. I wasn't totally sure on how to describe what I wanted done (which was light brown underneath and blonde with highlights on top) and she was super helpful. When my hair was finished it looked amazing. Also, it was super soft and looked super healthy. When you go to Supercuts, definitely ask for Brittany! She is very skilled and super nice. The salon is clean and the stylists are very sweet and good at what they do.
