Holy Joe is so busy. You literally sit in the chair , spin it around 3 times get up and go and pay $20. I've heard of garbage in / garbage out. Try not to take on every custom that walks into the door and try sharing with the other staff some. Also, Try spending a Little more time with your clients and it will make them feel a lot better.

Went there a month before a photoshoot to get a perm and ended up having to cut 3/4 of my hair off and getting extensions. They didn't evaluate my hair before the perm to even let me know if it's safe for me to do it or not and then tried blaming the messed up job on me saying I put something on my hair beforehand when I don't even put heat on my hair. My hair was below my chest and now it's having to go into a pixie cut because all of it is dead. You all really tried making a girl feel like shit for your messed up job didn't u.
