First, the nab that greeted me treated me as if I was wasting his time. He was very rude and disrespectful, as he did not understand what I was attempting to explain the services I was requesting. Considering they did not understand, I opted for a new set of nails with American tips. All I can say is bubbles, discoloration, and silver finger tips. Last time I checked, American tips are supposed to be off white... not silver. I should have walked out when the man gave me attitude... gosh I should have left. Never again. Smh.
I was here today. One lady started and then a lady who I believe is one of the owners finished. Both ladies yanked your arms instead of staring which way they wanted you to turn or maneuver, no one said hello and the owner was so busy looking at the other technicians work, she did one thing to one hand and another thing to the other hand as a finished detail of her work. She never even acknowledged me as a customer or said thank you as I was leaving. I went here before and it wasn't that bad, but today was over the top. Say hi to your customers, use verbal conversation when you would like a patron to move their hands, pay attention to your own service and for goodness sake, thank your customer for their visit, there are too many nail salons around to be tolerating unprofessional service. You won't stay opened long if you don't change your practices soon.
I have visited several nail salons here in Millington as well as Bartlett and Cordova, but I keep coming back to Pro Nails in Millington because of the quality of the work done here. My nails are perfect...without any bumps or irregular shapes and they usually last me 3 months with no lifting. I get a full set of acrylics with gel polish and the shine lasts. The cost is $35.00 and I add a $5.00 tip. I appreciate the care taken to provide a top notch look and durability.
spent $41 for a shitty paint job & rude customer service. not to mention, she cut off half of my toenail for no reason at all. would not recommend.
