Sadly, I couldn't make a zero star review. For starters, this place doesn't just suggest using a tanning lotion, they enforce a rule where you MUST have lotion in order to tan. Never have I ever needed tanning lotion anywhere else. It's their ploy to make you spend money on their products. On top of this, the staff and management are very rude. I have skin that tans very easily and I never get burnt. They suggested that I only go in for 7 minutes on a 15 minute max bed. I have never tanned less than max time in any bed. Even when I went back the next time, obviously not burnt, they still wouldn't let me go in for more than 8 minutes. Better off getting a gym membership at planet fitness and tan there rather than deal with this embarrassment of an establishment. Never going back.
