I found the Ulta staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and asked if I needed any assistance. It's always nice to see co-workers happy and friendly to each other too. I will happily return to this store whenever I am in LaCrosse.

Very great job keeping everything clean and organized ALWAYS but especially now with Covid. Salon is really great as well. On the pricier side for what I'm used to but they will make sure you love what you got before you leave.

Got my brows tinted and waxed at the Benefit Brow Bar here and it was great! Julia is very talented and she had a lot of great ideas and was very friendly throughout the process. I usually leave waxing appointments slightly embarrassed because my skin gets really red, but she was willing to put in the extra work and time to make sure I left looking great. Next time you need your brows done go to Julia!

I would suggest do not get a Brazilian wax done by Bridgette. I usually get waxed so I am accustomed to the pain but my experience with her was the most painful wax I've had yet. She just didn't know what she was doing. Not enough experience. You might enjoy having her wax you if you like your wax getting pulled off very slowly. If not, then I would schedule somewhere else.
