I took my wife to have a permanent put in her hair.  It took them 6 hours and burnt her hair beyond repair.  It was 2° outside and they sent her out with wet dripping hair and sweat shirt.  There was no one watching over the students when they was working on her hair.

Had the worst experience I have ever had going to this salon. I was in the salon for a ombre i wanted from 915am untill 4 pm. The longest ive ever had to get my hair done. The student doing my hair seemed completely clueless, her teacher had to repeatedly remind her to saturate the hair more in the hair dye yet it felt like she didnt even want to be doing my hair from the get go. She even complained about hangovers! She didnt get my roots with the dye then dyed them black! Which was not at all what i wanted.. I was so upset the tone of the color at the ends on my ombre were orange and it was not even okay looking how she meshed the two colors together. I couldnt get it fixed soon enough because the salon couldnt get me in for 3 days... i spent the first day completely stressed abt my ruined hair had to call off work because how bad it was found somebody then to fix it which ultimately ended up costing me 200 for that visit..

Went here instead of the Clip Zone, as they were having hot water heater issues. I was pleased they were still able to get me in for my appointment, even though it was at a different location. This place is actually closer to me, so it didn't bother me whatsoever. Still had the same great service and friendly faces there plus the students. There are many services offered, including highlight, dye jobs, waxing, pedicures, manicures, etc. They also have products for sale as well. I would come here again, as well as Clip Zone.

I had a good experience with your salon and a student getting highlights only on my hair. I called to make an appointment for my daughter to get highlights and specifically asked for the same student. I took my daughter to the appointment and was not set up with the same student. My daughter wanted highlights only as well. I understand that these are students and not professionals, however I trusted that your salon would only have students that were ready to be on the floor to do peoples hair. The partial highlights were put in and it took 2.5 hours to do! My daughter was then put under the dryer when the instructor, Charity, came over. She inspected the highlights and told the student there was not enough space between each highlight and walked away. The instructor then came over with a bottle of hair color and started adding it between the highlights. After about 20 minutes my daughter had her hair washed. I gathered my things and went over to the shampoo bowl and was horrified. My daughter who is a natural blonde, had spots of brown, purple, orange and red throughout her hair. I asked the student what the spots were from and she said it was done by Charity and I don't know how to get them off. She was trying to rub them off, this was color IN her hair not ON her scalp!!! ! I explained that I needed to see the instructor and that this needed to be fixed!! The instructor was very flippant about the situation and started to fix a few spots, I had to tell her to go through my daughters hair that there were a lot more areas with this discoloration. After about another 45 minutes, she was rinsed and we were given a different student who blew dry and straightened my daughters hair. The highlights are very uneven, some are large chunky highlights, some are not and there are still spots of brownish orange in her hair. The instructor knew these were there and just said, "at least its not at a part, she probably wont even know"! I was disgusted by her attitude and after 5 hours of being in your salon, we just wanted to leave. This was a horrific experience!! I will never go back to this salon! In my opinion, it was the INSTRUCTOR who made a bad judgement call on putting a dark color of hair color on my daughter when getting highlights. What should have been a wonderful mother daughter day out turned into a nightmare! I was at your salon from 11-4 on a Saturday. The student and instructor should not have any business doing hair! I still didn't get a response as to why I wasn't given the student i specifically asked for when I made the appointment. Extremely unprofessional from the front end to the back! Also, if you are going to advertise on facebook page if you spend $30 or more that you get 2 complimentary services, you should probably honor that and make sure the students tell your customers!
