I went to Happy Nails for the first time, and boy, am I UNhappy! The gel manicure I got there looked awful: lumpy and uneven polish, polish on my fingers and cuticles, ragged cuticles...it looks so bad that I will have to find another place to get them re-done before my family gets here for the holidays. I did not yell or scream, but clearly told the manicurist I was not happy with his work. The other man in the salon, possibly the owner, said it was my fault because my nails are lumpy (they are not) and I was the one who picked that polish. He then said that the guy worked on my nails for 45 minutes so I should be satisfied with that.
Don't go to Happy Nails! I threw away my money and wasted my time.
No wait! Excellent service. I got a pedicure and manicure. First time there but I will definitely be back!!
I am impressed with by how friendly the owners are. They make you feel comfortable and talk fluent English. As a first time customer, the prices seem reasonable and the quality of work seems nice! The salon it's self looks like it could use some cleaning and a remodel.
I Googled the top 10 nails shops in my area and this was one of them this was my first time going and I loved it I called made appointment same day got in and out and they did a great job definitely my new nail spot
This is my first time. I noticed how clean everything was. Greeted by ken when I opened the door, then by Tammy. Super nice people, they offer comfort, even noticed I was confused with all different types of applications. Ken convinced me to do the dip?? I tried and I loved it did a great job explaining what he's doing and the results are awesome. This will be my 2nd try with dips. I will never go back to acrylic nails.
