Walked in on a late Saturday morning for a hair wash and a quick blow dry. Was welcomed immediately without reservation and Mila did a fantastic job! Very cute and quaint spot would definitely come back.
I was quoted one rate and charged over double.I did get double process vs a highlight but she added another $200.00 extra making $350.00 The owner was there and never said hi I am new to the place. Hair is nice but OVERPRICED and owner should walk up to people and say hello. I was only one in there for the first hour.
Just tried Suissa Salon, which recently opened their location at 712 N. Washington Blvd in North Old Town. I have naturally curly hair, and have a hard time finding anyone who can straighten it while making it look healthy and pretty (not just straight). My stylist, Mila, did a beautiful job ! She gave me a great blow out, and the style has lasted days! I also had my hair colored, and I've received compliments on it from coworkers. Parking was easy here, and everyone was very nice. Will definitely go back. Thanks, Suissa (and Mila!).
