I recommend getting Shauna, she's very thorough and speedy!! I got a tube of the numbing cream! I'd recommend getting a tube and showing up 45 mins prior to use it! Overall great experience and will come again when I'm back in this area!
ngl i was a little hesitant coming here after reading a negative review BUT this is one of the first wax places i will be returning to!! shauna did a PHENOMENAL job. She really pays attention to detail and knows her stuff!! She made sure to get every last hair and did not rush through the process! I have been waxed lots of different places and this is the first i'm excited to return to!! I would absolutely book with her! Couldn't recommend this place more!!
Never go here! The most unpleasant people I have ever met. The ladies who work here are completely rude. They make 0 effort to make you feel comfortable In such a vulnerable state. Terrible

I have recently moved from San Diego, CA and needed to find my beauty professionals all over again, so glad I did! Happily returning for more appointments.
If you've gotten sugared elsewhere, I would recommend sticking to the regular brazilian wax here, because it's not the traditional Alexandria certified way of sugaring. Kaitlyn was a joy to work with! She provided great customer service afterwards as well.
