So, my wife had a 2pm appointment. She arrived at 150pm. Door was locked and no sign saying be back at 2pm. She waited until 2pm and there was still no one there. She called this place and no answer so she left. At 217pm she received a text that she had a 2pm appointment. My wife immediately tried to call her back and no answer. She then sent a text, no answer. We tried calling both of the employees there (photo attached of call log) and no response. Only after I said I will be sending a google review did I receive a call back. So the owner thought that my 20 phone calls trying to get ahold of them was "aggressive" and that my wife can't come back. REALLY?!! Just FYI, I WON'T let my wife spend our money on this place. In the mean time we found a place that was the same distance from our house that actually did a GREAT JOB! and was about half the price! So, thank you to Sugar Cook-e for saving me money with your poor customer service......PS, you probably should have a proper answering machine explaining that you go to lunch etc and allows the customer to leave a message. Attached is the call log and a pricing sheet for the place I used. THEY DID A GREAT JOB! no wait, first come first served and there were 4 ladies working feverishly to take care of the customers. I got sugared (Brazilian) and my brows done by Tamara last week and was very pleased with her work. It's been awhile since I've gotten sugared but she made it a seamless process. She's super friendly, quick, and easy to talk to. I am so glad I found a sugar/brows spot in Norman! Highly recommend! I will definitely be returning.
