I asked for balayage and ended up getting my head simply dyed. The back of my head was bleached and I had chemical burns. This took two visits to make my hair look better. The first go around I didn't even get my hair dried fully and was sent home with wet and Unstyled hair. My hair was blotchy, bleached, and really uneven. I will say the owner did say I can come back if I didn't like it and she would fix it. So I did that. The second time around she did fix my hair, still not balayage but it does look nice. She also fully dried my hair and styled it. She did not however apologize. I would not recommend this place for balayage.
Stephanie is very professional and joyful! She listened to what i wanted and knew just what to do. Cute in home shop. Super clean!
Went here for a haircut a few weeks ago. The service was awesome the lady was nice and did a top notch job with my hair. Totally recommend especially in these COVID times, very clean and precautious. Thank you again for the experience and I'll see you for my next hair cut.
